Common questions

How do I manage or cancel Tend Studio?

Studio is an auto-renewable subscription billed by Apple. Manage or cancel it any time in Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancelling keeps Studio active until the end of the current period.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Open Tend, go to the Profile tab, and choose Restore Purchases. As long as you're signed in to the same Apple account that bought Studio, your membership will restore.

Where is my data stored?

Everything you track — cycle logs, rituals, workouts, meals, wardrobe photos, notes — lives on your device, not on our servers. An optional account exists only to power AI features and your membership.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Profile and choose Delete Account. This removes your sign-in identity and AI usage records from our servers. Content on your device stays on your device until you delete the app.
