Tend

Terms of Service

Effective date: July 5, 2026

1. The service

Tend is an iOS app for personal wellness tracking — cycle awareness, rituals, movement, meals, wardrobe, and reflection. Your tracked content lives on your device. An optional account enables AI-assisted features and the Studio subscription. By using Tend, you agree to these terms.

2. Studio subscription

Tend Studio is an auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple account. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Prices and terms shown at purchase apply; refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

3. Acceptable use

Use Tend for personal, lawful purposes. Don't attempt to reverse engineer the service, probe or overload our servers, circumvent usage limits or subscription checks, or use AI features to generate content that is unlawful or harmful to others. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

4. Not medical advice

Tend supports wellness tracking and reflection. It does not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing in the app — including cycle insights, suggestions, or AI-generated content — is medical advice. Always consult a qualified clinician for medical concerns, and never delay seeking care because of something you read in Tend.

5. Your content

Everything you create or track in Tend is yours. We claim no ownership of your content. When you submit content to an AI feature (such as a photo or recording), you grant us the limited right to process it solely to provide that feature back to you.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Tend is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. AI-generated content can be imperfect; use your own judgment.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tend and its creators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms here and revise the effective date; meaningful changes will be called out in the app. Continuing to use Tend after a change means you accept the updated terms.
